Established to serve largely the needs of our rapidly increasing elderly population. We also provide help for people who might have a physical/learning disability or those who suffer from dementia.
The service is tailored to the needs of older people and ill adults including those with sensory impairments and those with palliative care needs.
Including advice, encouragement and supervision such as prompting people to bath or dress. All care will aim to sustain and where possible improve independence.
All new service users will be assessed by the Care Manager or other suitably qualified person and a written care plan will be prepared.
Providing a team of care workers who are reliable, dependable and able to build up a professional relationship with the client and their carers.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission.
All our staff standards are based upon the National Occupational Standards for the care industry and include Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
